"Individuals over the age of 18 who are residents of and were born in Argentina or Uruguay (the Territory) and who comply with the participation requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions ("Participant(s)") may participate in the Promotion. Legal entities, individuals under the age of 18, individuals over the age of 18 residing outside the Territory, employees of the Organizer or Air Canada, their affiliated companies, or their promotional and advertising agencies, nor the spouses and relatives by blood or marriage up to and including the second degree of any of the foregoing, whether acting on their own behalf or on behalf of third parties.
To participate in the Promotion, Participants must, during the Promotion Period: (i) visit the landing page quizviajero.com/aircanada (the “Website”), and (ii) enter the requested personal information there.
Once registration is complete, Participants will be entered into a drawing (“Drawing”), with one (1) chance to win.
The Drawing will take place on July 1, 2019, and will randomly select one (1) Participant (also a “Potential Winner”), who may win a prize consisting of (i) two (2) round-trip tickets from Buenos Aires, Argentina.(Ministro Pistarini Airport/EZE).
To Toronto, Canada. (Pearson International)
- The tickets will be in Economy class on Air Canada.
- The Potential Winner must book their tickets from the time the drawing is held until December 30, 2019.
- Maximum stay: 2 months.
- The Potential Winner may choose to travel from the moment the tickets are issued and must have returned by December 16, 2020.
- Travel is not permitted on the following dates, which are excluded:
- June 24, 2019, to September 3, 2019
- December 17, 2019, to January 7, 2020
- June 19, 2020, to September 3, 2020
- All other dates are subject to availability.
- Once the date has been selected and the tickets issued, the Potential Winner may modify them within the aforementioned limitations at no charge.
- Air Canada will pay the fees and taxes in addition to the cost of the tickets.
- The Potential Winner is responsible for transportation costs to and from the airports.
- Once the tickets have been issued, the winner may not change the name on them.
It is hereby noted that the trip must be taken in its entirety during the periods mentioned. Otherwise, the Potential Winner will automatically forfeit all rights to their prize, without the right to any claim or compensation.
