The world is so big that there are obviously many more idyllic beaches with crystal-clear waters, but here’s a list of what we consider to be the best!
1. CHICHIME ISLAND, SAN BLAS (PANAMA)
The water is truly crystal-clear; if you like snorkeling, you’ll really enjoy it because there are so many fish. There are cabins where you can have lunch—everything is super rustic, which will make your experience completely unique.
The island isn’t very big—it takes about 25 minutes to walk around it—but it has incredible beaches and water, so it’s really worth visiting.
2. SAN ANDRÉS, COLOMBIA
Also known as the Sea of Seven Colors, it is one of the most famous beaches in the Caribbean. Its idyllic beaches offer a variety of activities, such as kitesurfing or windsurfing. Its crystal-clear waters and coral reefs are perfect for snorkeling or scuba diving. We also recommend taking a boat to Johnny Cay Island—it’s a beautiful little island located north of San Andrés. You’ll love it!
3. PUNTA CANA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
Located in the southeastern part of the Dominican Republic, it’s where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea. It’s undoubtedly one of the best beaches in the world and one of the most visited by tourists, thanks to its turquoise waters, super-white sand, and coconut trees that stretch right down to the sea.

4. TULUM, MEXICO
Located in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico. Arriving at Tulum Beach will take your breath away—the turquoise sea, the sand, and the scenery are simply breathtaking. Enjoy a tequila during your stay and just relax.
5. PARADISE BEACH, MYKONOS (GREECE)
It is located 5.5 km from Mykonos’ capital, Chora. It is one of the island’s most famous beaches, known for its crystal-clear sea and white sand. This beach is highly recommended for music lovers, as it is surrounded by bars that guarantee partying and fun all day long.
6. KHO PHI PHI, THAILAND
Kho Phi Phi is an archipelago of six islands located in Krabi Province, in southern Thailand. The massive rocks, crystal-clear water, white sand, cliffs, coral reefs, and exotic marine life make this place unique in the world.
7. MALDIVES ISLANDS, MALDIVES
These beautiful islands are located in the Indian Ocean, south of India. There are 1,190 islands, of which only 202 are inhabited and 87 are dedicated to vacation tourism.
The Maldives is a favorite destination for diving enthusiasts, as visitors can enjoy snorkeling, scuba diving, and fishing. Its beautiful turquoise waters, stunning scenery, and world-class hotels will make you never want to leave this paradise.
8. BORA BORA, FRENCH POLYNESIA
Also known as the Pearl of the Pacific, it is one of the most visited islands in French Polynesia, located northeast of Tahiti. It is considered one of the 10 most beautiful islands in the world. It’s one of the most exotic destinations, undoubtedly a natural paradise that will make you feel like you’re in another world.
